GOLF UNION OF WALES officials are carrying out a series of roadshows round Wales to explain the new handicap system brought in this year.The main impact of the changes is to put more emphasis on an annual review of handicap, rather than ad hoc changes as a result of the more subjective judgment of general play – often a talking point in golf club
