T-shirt Design – Illustration

Here is the description. It is for a T-shirt design. I would need you to do the line drawings (front and back) and I could set the type and fill in the colors. It will be 6 colors. I will need to setup the separations for silkscreening. Let me know if you can do the coloring also and if you will use Photoshop or Illustrator for the file.
