Before the global financial crisis, there was a shortage of parking spots for megayachts around the world. With the bust, I assumed demand for megayacht marinas would sink faster than a lead weight in the Med. Ocean Reef Club But lo, the Ocean Reef club in Key Largo, Fla., has just sold a megayacht slip for $4 million. That is twice the club?s record of $2 million.
