It’s six years after the Michael Skakel conviction for the 1975 Greenwich, Connecticut murder of Martha Moxley. There have been a number of rejected appeals to CT Superior/State, federal, and the U.S. Supreme courts for a review or new trial. One was filed by former U.S. Solicitor General Theodore Olson.
